Highlights: For bread, cheese, cold meats, tomatoes and fruit. The serrated edge is particularly suitable for hard-skinned foods. 14 cm (5") Blade length. The grip is made from natural fibres and resin – as beautifully warm as wood and as tough as plastic. Forged from a piece of high alloy X50CrMoV15 blade steel and annealed on 58 HRC ensuring a durable cutting-edge and good re-sharpening potential. Quality - Made in Germany / Solingen.
