Highlights: A classic amongst Asian knives – ideal for cutting and chopping meat, vegetables and herbs. The Granton edge prevents food from sticking to the blade of the knife. 17 cm (6½") Blade length. The knife handle is made from natural fibres and resin – tactile and durable. The new bolster shape and wider blades enable efficient safe working that is easy on the joints. Forged from a piece of high alloy X50CrMoV15 blade steel and annealed on 58 HRC ensuring a durable cutting-edge and good re-sharpening potential. Quality - Made in Germany / Solingen.
