Highlights: The new wide blade is ideal for slicing, cutting, chopping and shredding all types of food and ensures the knife glides safely through the food. With a 24 cm blade, this knife is ideal for preparing a huge variety of vegetables such as cabbage, squash and large pieces of meat. The knife handle is made from natural fibres and resin – tactile and durable. The new bolster shape and wider blades enable efficient safe working that is easy on the joints. Forged from a piece of high alloy X50CrMoV15 blade steel and annealed on 58 HRC ensuring a durable cutting-edge and good re-sharpening potential. Quality - Made in Germany / Solingen.
